Classes
The etiquette and code of conduct required in classes is of a very high standard and the students quickly learn self-discipline. This can be seen in the excellent manners of even our youngest students.
The instruction given here is of the highest standard and is the result of our Chief Instructor spending six years training and teaching in Japan.
This focus on more realistic unarmed combat is exemplified by the “Spirit” of Kyokushin which states:
“The heart of our Karate is real fighting. There can be no proof without real fighting.
Without proof there is no trust. Without trust there is no respect. This is a definition in the World of Martial Arts.”

Juniors are charged at £25
per month.
Monday - 17:30 to 19:00
Wednesday - 17:30 to 19:00
Friday - 16:30 to 18:00
Adult
Classes
Seniors are charged at £35
per month.
Monday - 17:30 to 19:00
Wednesday - 17:30 to 19:00
Friday - 16:30 to 18:00
Pay as
You Train
Is charged at £6.00 (adult) and £5.00 (junior) per lesson.
Usual fees for use of equipment only of £2 for seniors and £1 for juniors.
